To initiate a refund, please note that below criteria have to be met:
1. Request must be made within 14 days from the date of order
2. Your item(s) must be unopened and in the same condition that you received/purchased, in the original packaging with the sales invoice.
3. Shipping cost will be born by customers unless specified otherwise.
